SHAWN FLEMING
President and Estimating & Service Expert
Shawn began his career as a home builder. With Shawn's experience as a home builder, he learned core business values, the importance of quick, even immediate responses and the need for quality both in his work and his relationships with clients. Shawn brings over 15 years of Commercial Carpentry experience through the Carpenters union and has a degree in Construction, which allows him to provide key support to our field crew. As our President and Estimating and Service Expert, his hands on approach and leadership provides our team with the direction and support necessary to ensure successful delivery of each project we are involved in.

Bryce offers a detail oriented approach to our team. His eagerness in ensuring our company provides the highest standard to the customer experience is his top priority. His ability to be creative, think on his toes and work with clients both in the office and in the field provides operational excellence to both our team and clients.
